Macaron silicone mat

This platinum silicone mold, measuring 30 x 40 cm and comprising 48 cavities with diameters of 2 to 3.5 cm, is made entirely from food grade silicone. Resistant to freezing and cooking, it does not alter the flavor of food. Thanks to its non-stick and transparent surface, it allows you to make 24 matched macarons. Washable and reusable, this mold can be used in the microwave and is resistant to temperatures ranging from -40°C to +230°C.
